Formerly shelters and storehouses reserved for our winegrowers, the Mazots du Clos du Château have been opened to the public for more than a decade. They offer an exceptional and private welcome area for people wishing to discover the wines of the domains of the Maison Bonvin at the place where they are grown.
Nestled among the grapes, the terrace touches the sky and offers a breathtaking view of the Château de Torbillon and the snow-covered peaks of the Val d’Hérens.

The Guérite Brûlefer
A charming little vineyard cottage situated alongside the Bisse de Clavau
The Guérite Brûlefer invites you to taste and discover the wines of the Domaine Bonvin and local Valais culinary products here. On these shady terraces overlooking the Chateau de Tourbillon the visitor is immersed in the heart of the Sion vineyards.

Receiving the “Swiss Heritage Society Award” in 2013, this ancient winegrower’s cabin hanging between the skies and the grapes has been transformed into a gourmand venue. This shady summer cabin will seduce you with its remarkable position close to the Bisse de Clavau.
A place created according to the imagination of its owner Pilippe Varone, resolutely modern but rooted in tradition. Grand crus and an innovative menu card await you there.

The Guérite d’Uvrier
Below La Combe d’Uvrier, only a few kilometres away from the Oenoparc of the Celliers de Sion, a little house with blue shutters invites you to taste the wines of Maison Varone under its pergola. On the first floor, a cosy room with a U-shaped table can seat around 10 persons.
